Like most websites, the Site and its hosting platform may automatically collect standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

You consent to receive text messages from the Firm by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website contact form, by providing consent verbally or in an engagement agreement, or by initiating a text message conversation with our office. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining the Firm or purchasing any service.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers that support the operation of our practice, such as website hosting, practice management and client portal software, and our telephone and messaging platform, each of which is permitted to use the information only to provide services to the Firm;

• As required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or as permitted or required by the rules of professional conduct;

For clarity, and as stated above: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. No Attorney-Client Relationship; Confidentiality

Visiting the Site, submitting the contact form, or otherwise contacting the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information about a legal matter until an engagement has been confirmed in a written agreement. Once an attorney-client relationship exists, information relating to the representation is protected by the attorney-client privilege and the rules of professional conduct, which impose duties of confidentiality stricter than this Policy.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site features.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
